Cantineros Club

Synopsis

The Cuban Bartenders Club revolutionized the world of cocktails with a new way of doing and understanding the bar. Almost a hundred years after the creation of this Association, its good work has expanded beyond the borders of the Caribbean country, being today an essential reference to understand the current Latin American mixology movement. And together with this Club, characters such as Miguel Boadas, Santiago Policastro “Pichín” or Pedro Chicote undertook a round trip in which the exchange of techniques, liquors and experiences led them to consecrate the art of the Latin bartender, or what which is the same, the art of the Cantinero.
